Ingredients:
Servs 4 beers :)
About 0.4 kg perch 6-10 small perch fish
White pepper
Salt to taste
Flour
½ tea cup vegetable oil.
Directions:
The hardest job is to clean the perch. It has a skin like a crocodile and have to be skinned.
If you don’t know how… Well… First you have to make a cut to remove the back fin. Then, using your fingers, stick them between the skin and the flesh. Then you’ll see… It’s not so easy so better find some one who knows.
Ok… when the fish is cleaned. Salt it, smear with the pepper. Then roll it in flour so it is completely covered.
Put a pan with the oil on fire and wait until it gets really hot. Then fry the fish for 5-10 minutes each side.
