Ingredients:
800 gr. shark fillet
4 eggs
Corn flour
Bread crumbs
Cornflakes
For the marinate:
The juice of one lemon
1 tea spoon shredded lemon crust
3 table spoons mustard
2 table spoons olive oil
1 tea spoon salt
Black pepper
1 smashed garlic clove
1 tea spoon mixed fish spice
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients for the marinate.
Cut the fillets to pieces and leave them in the marinate for one hour.
Roll the marinated fillets in the flour then in the eggs and then in the bread crumbs and leave them for 5 minutes so the bread crumbs get dry and seal up the fish. This way the meat will be juicy and tasty. Smash the cornflakes, roll the fillets in the eggs again and then in the cornflakes.
Fry in a mixture of oil and butter.
Serve with milk-mayonnaise souse and boiled vegetables.
