Ingredients:
3 Pangasius fillets
400gr. peeled potatoes
400gr. green beans
3 table spoons mustard
2 table spoons olive oil
1 lemon
Salt, black pepper and other spices to taste
Directions:
Place the potatoes and green beans in oiled cooking tray.
Mix the mustard and the juice of the lemon and add salt and pepper to taste.
Smear the fish fillets both sides and place them over the beans and the potatoes.
Pour some water and add some spices to taste (you can use lovage, oregano, white pepper).
Cover the tray with cooking foil and bake for 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven.
Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
