Grilled Salmon With Mustard and Honey

Ingredients:
500 gr. Salmon fillets
2 table spoons honey
3 table spoons mustard
1 big garlic clove (minced)
1 table spoon lemon juice
salt and pepper

Directions:
Preheat a grill or a pan.
Mix the honey, the mustard, the garlic and the lemon juice.
Smear the fillets and leave for 10 minutes.
Grill for 10-15 minutes.
