Ingredients:
1 cleaned, rinsed and dried trout
Chopped green onions
Chopped green garlic
Chopped parsley
Chopped lovage
3 thin slices of lemon
Olive oil
2 table spoons dry white wine
Salt and pepper
Baking paper
Directions:
Mix the chopped onions, garlic, parsley and lovage.
Put part of the green mixture over the baking paper.
Smear the fish with salt and pepper and stuff with some of the green mixture.
Place the trout over the baking paper. Put the lemon slices over it and the rest of the greens.
Pour some olive oil and whine over it.
Pack the fish in the paper and bake for 30 minutes in 200 degrees C oven.
