Ingredients:
600 g sea robin filet
Salt and pepper
1 yellow paprika
2 onions
50 g butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 tea cup dry white wine
Flour
75 g shredded cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 200 C
Rinse the sea robin filets with cold water, drain and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the filets side by side in an oven pan.
Cut the paprika and the onion into thin rings.
Melt the butter and stir fry the onion and paprika rings with the sugar in it on moderate heat for about 4 minutes. Add the wine and bring it all to boil.
Pour the mixture over the fish and cover with aluminum foil or a lid. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Use the excess liquid from the pan to stir fry the flour and the cheese with some pepper in it. Stir fry until the cheese melt.
Put the fish in big dishes and pour with the cheese sauce. Garnish with rise and green peas.
