700 g white fish fillets (4 pcs)
3 table spoons grated Parmesan cheese
6 table spoons mayonnaise
3 table spoons Dijon mustard
chopped parsley
lemon wedges to garnish
lemon juice
garlic powder
white pepper

Rinse fish and pat dry with kitchen paper. Place in a greased shallow ovenproof dish.
Marinate the fish with lemon juice and spices for 10 minutes.
Combine parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper. Spread evenly over the fish.
Grill for 4-8 mins, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Do not cook the fish too close to the heat of the grill or the top may dry out.
Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon wedges, then serve.
