Ingredients:
For 4 searvings:
1 kg Horse Mackerel (SCAD)
4 table spoons olive oil
1/2 tea spoon grinded white pepper (can also use black)
1/2 tea spoon grinded lovage
1/2 tea spoon grinded laurel leaves
1/4 tea spoon garlic powder
Lemmon and salt
Directions:
Clean the fish without removing the heads and wash.
Put the fish in a plastic bag with all the spices, oil and lemon juice and shake it. Leave it for few minutes and shake again.
It is best to use a barbeque, but any common grill will also do. Grill 5 to 10 minutes each side.
Goes great with ouzo...
