Ingredients:
For two servings:
2 shark steaks (about 500gr)
1 egg
Breadcrumb
1/6 tea spoon garlic powder
1/6 tea spoon white pepper (can do with black)
1/6 tea spoon lovage
1/6 tea spoon curcuma
1/6 tea spoon parsley
1/6 tea spoon rosemary
1/6 tea spoon thyme
1/2 tea spoon red pepper
6 teable spoons oil
Directions:
Season the both sides of the steaks with the garlic powder, white pepper, lovage, curcuma, parsley, rosemary and thyme (all grinded).
Heat up a pan with 1 teable spoon of oil and gently place the steaks. Cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Meanwhile shake the egg with the red pepper.
Pull out the steaks and rub them in the breadcrumb then egg. You can repeat this few times.
Heat up a pan with 5 teable spoons of oil and place the steaks again. Fry 4-5 minutes each side.
Can serve with green stuff and boiled potatoes. A white wine is must.
