Bluefish Fish Recipes - Baked bluefish with apples

Ingredients:

1 bluefish
3 apples, peeled, cored, sliced
250g mushrooms, washed, sliced
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
parsley
Seasonings to taste

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a baking dish.
Bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
Then serve with chopped parsley
