Bluefish




Ingredients:
1 bluefish 600-800 gr.
2 table spoons olive oil
1 tea spoon smashed garlic
dill, lemon and salt
Directions:
Clean the fish without removing the head. Prepare a souce with all the spices and fill the fish.Smear with more oil and salt. Roast each side for 10-12 minutes.
Serve hot with light yoghourt sauce.
