Ingredients:
1 kg baby bluefish (Snapper Blues)
300 gr. flower
1/2 kg yoghourt
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh garlic
100 gr walnut
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tea cup vegetable oil
salt and lemon
Directions:
Clean the fish without removing the heads and wash.Spread salt and than flower over each fishy separately.Wait for ten minutes and fry in vegetable oil(hotter as possibile) for 5 minutes.
Dry the fish in table-paper, to remove the oil, and do not cover in a dish.
Mix the garlic and the nuts in the yoghourt and add salt and olive oil.Chill the mixture.
Remove the fish from the paper and spread lemon juice.
Serve hot with the chilled spring sauce.
Goes for many types of small fish as scad.
