Ingredients:
1 big bluefish(800-1000gr.)
1 kg. sea-salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
grease-proof paper or foil
100 gr. lemon juice
Directions:
Clean the fish without removing the head.
Smear it with the lemon juice and the oil.
Place the fish in the foil and cover from all sides with sea-salt. Wrap it properly and put it in glowing embers for 30 minutes.
Serve with light white sauce or/and grilled
vegetables.
