Ingredients:
- One middle to big sized mackerel.
- 1/2 tea spoon Lovage
- 1/4 tea spoon garlic powder or 1/2 tea spoon smashed garlic
- pinch of white pepper
- fresh lemon juice
- salt to taste
Directions:
If the fish is whole clean it and make two filets of it.
Mix the spices, smear the filets and then pour with the lemon juice.
Grill each side for five minutes and serve with fresh salad.
A beer is a must!!
