Ingredients:
For the Red Mullet:
Freshly grounded white or black pepper
Salt
1/2 tea cup flower
1/2 tea spoon red pepper
Extra virgin olive oil
For the Garnish:
Potatoes
Butter
Dill
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Sprouts of your choice
Lemon
Directions:
Prepare a mix with the flower and the red pepper.
Season the fish with the white or black pepper and the salt, roll them in the flower mixture and fry in a pan with extra hot olive oil.
When the fish is ready place it on a plate with table-paper on the bottom. This will extract the extra oil.
Boil the potatoes and then fry them in the hot butter for few minutes. Be careful not to break them. Season them with fresh dill and salt.
Serve the dish with the sprouts of your choice and lemon.
