Ingredients:
For two servings:
2 Whole Gilthead Bream fish
½ tea spoon lovage
¼ tea spoon white or black pepper
40 gr. Butter
Salt to taste
Directions:
Clean the fish very carefully as it is bristly. (do not remove the heads)
Smear with the lovage, the pepper and the salt from in and outside.
Stuff it with half of the butter.
Grill each side for 10 to 15 minutes and smear with butter on every turn.
Hint: if you are near the sea coast you can clean the fish in the sea and then you won’t have to use salt.
