Garfish




Ingredients:
1 kg Garfish
1/2 tea spoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 tea cup of beer
1/2 tea cup of flour
1 tea spoon red pepper
3 table spoons vinegar
Garlic
1 tea cup olive or vegetable oil
Directions:
Clean the fish and remove the heads.
Cut into 10 cm long pieces and smear with salt and black pepper.
Prepare a mixture with the beer, the flour and red pepper.
Roll the pieces in the mixture and fry in the oil (the oil should be as hot as hell). Fry to just before overcooked.
Smash the garlic and mix it with the vinegar.
After the fish is fried smear with garlic and vinegar mixture.
