Ingredients:
As much chub as you can get.
Flour
Salt
Vegetable oil
Directions:
Clean the fish and remove the scales and the heads.
Mix some flour with some salt to taste and roll the fish in it.
Fry in hot vegetable oil. It is better if overcooked.
It is really simple and taste good. A beer is a must!
