Garfish On Spearmint Fire

Ingredients:
For 4 servings:
4 Whole Garfish
4 table spoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tea spoons lovage
1 tea spoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Fistful of fresh spearmint leaves
Lemon
Directions:
Make a fire of woods and start preparing the fish.
Clean the fish and smear with the salt, lovage, pepper and the oil.
When the fire burns out throw the spearmint leaves in it to slower the glowing. You need to cook this fish on slow fire and you will also have a spearmint smoke on the fish.
Serve with lemon.
