Chub




Ingredients:
One big sized chub (best to use filet).
One tomato
One lemon
One big onion
One tea cup white wine
Fresh lovage
Fresh parsley
Vegetable or olive oil
One chili pepper (optional)
Salt to taste
Directions:
Make two filets from the fish and salt them.
Cut the onion, the tomato and the lemon into slices.
Smear the earthenware dish with oil and place one row onion slices and then one row tomatoes slices and season with lovage.
Then place the fish fillets, make few cuts across with a sharp knife and again season with lovage.
Over the fish fillets place a row of lemon slices and pour with the wine and some water.
If you have decided put the chili pepper also.
Put the dish in a cold oven and increase the temperature to 200C°
Leave it for 30 to 40 minutes.
Before serving place a spray parsley in the dish.
