Ingredients:
1.5 kg shark fillets
500 gr. tomatoes or tomato pure
3 peppers
½ tea spoon black pepper
½ tea spoon cumin
1 head of garlic
Parsley
1 tea spoon sugar
Salt to taste
4 table spoons vegetable or olive oil
Directions:
Cut the filets on smaller (5x5 cm) pieces and put it in boiling water for 5 minutes.
In a pan with hot oil put the chopped up garlic, the chopped up peppers and spices ( exactly in this order).
Fry them for 5 minutes and add the chopped up tomatoes and the sugar.
Stir and leave it to boil on lower fire.
When the water almost vaporize add the fish and leave it for another 5 minutes.
Serve with rice, potatoes or whatever you like.
