Ingredients:
1 Common Carp (1 - 1.5 kg)
1 tea cup flower
1/3 tea spoon salt
1/4 tea spoon citric acid powder
1/2 tea spoon lovage leaves (powdered)
1/2 tea spoon thyme (powdered)
1/4 tea spoon coriander (powdered)
1/4 tea spoon garlic powder
1/4 tea spoon onion powder
1 tea cup vegetable or olive oil
Directions:
Clean the carp, cut it on to peaces, salt it and leave it for 30 minutes.
Prepare a mixture from the flower and all the spices and roll the pieces in it.
Fry in a very hot oil 5 minute each side.
Depends on the amount of salt you used get the exact number of beers :)
