Ingredients:
1 Carp
200 gr. Mushrooms cut into slices
1 big onion cut into slices
2-3 garlic cloves
2 table spoons soya souse
4 table spoons white wine
½ tea spoon grind ginger
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil
Directions:
Fry the cleaned and rinsed carp in a hot vegetable oil both sides 5-10 minutes each.
Place the fried carp in a baking dish smeared with oil.
In the pan where the fish was fried add the onion and the garlic and fry for few minutes then add the mushrooms, the wine, the soya souse and the ginger. Pour half tea cup water, cover and leave it on moderate heat for 10 minutes.
When ready add everything to the baking dish with the carp. Cover with cooking foil and bake for about 20 minutes.
