Ingredients:
2 tilapia fillets
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
½ teaspoon red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste (white pepper is preferable)
Directions:
Rinse tilapia fillets under cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
Preheat oven 190 degrees C and spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or oil.
Place the fillets in the baking dish. Pour lemon juice over, then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven until about 20 minutes.
Serve with vegetables and white wine.
