Ingredients:
Pike
Corn flour
Black pepper and salt to taste
Vegetable or Olive oil
For the yogurt souse
1 tea cup yogurt
1 tea cup mayonnaise
The juice of one lemon
Black pepper
Directions:
Clean the pike, salt it and cut it to 1.5cm (half inch) pieces.
Mix the corn flour with some black pepper and salt and roll the pieces in it.
Fry in preheated oil 5 minutes each side.
Prepare the yogurt souse by just mixing all the ingredients.
Can be served with boiled potatoes or chips.
