Pike




Ingredients:
1 pike
1 tea cup olive oil
5 table spoons soya sauce
½ tea cup white wine
5 finely chopped garlic cloves
½ tea spoon chili powder
Chopped parsley or dill
White pepper to taste
Directions:
Clean the pike and cut it into half inch thick steaks.
Prepare a mixture from all the other ingredients and put the pike steaks in it. Leave it for at least 40 minutes. After the fish is well marinated preheat a grill or fire up a barbeque.
While baking pour from the marinate over the pieces.
Serve with potatoes or other vegetables.
