Ingredients:
1 Pike (about 1kg)
50 gr. Cleaned Shrimps
50 gr. Cleaned Octopus or Calamari
50 gr. Cashew
100 gr. Butter
200 gr. White Wine
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Big Onions
1 Lemmon
1 Tomato
Dill
Salt, White Pepper and Ginger to taste
Directions:
After the fish is well cleaned salt it and pour the lemon juice over it. Leave it to rest for at least 1 hour.
Melt half of the butter in a pan and add the finely chopped garlic, the shrimps and octopus also finely chopped and the cashew. Cover and cook for 5 minutes then stir and add 50gr. from the wine. Season with pepper and ginger and cook for another 5 minutes.
Leave it to cool a bit and then stuff the fish with it using a spoon. Use a needle and thread to sew it.
Cut the onion into circles and place them in a big baking dish then place the fish on top of them.
Put the rest of the butter over and pour the rest of the wine.
Cook in a 180 degrees oven for about 20 minutes then place some tomato circles over the fish and cook for another 10 minutes.
